These workshops are run by Adele Griffin an experienced Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, who is passionate and committed to supporting you to help you develop exciting and sustainable lifestyle improvements.

Join us for these exciting workshops so you can discover your true health and fitness potential!  

Workshop 1 - Goal Setting  - Completed in March

Workshop 2 - Healthy Habits - Thurs 16th May 7-9pm OR Sat 18th May 2-4pm

Workshop 3 - Fitness Motivation - Thurs 15th Aug 7-9pm OR Sat 17th Aug 2-4pm

Workshop 4 - Prioritising your Health - Thurs 31st Oct 7-9pm OR Sat 2nd Nov 2-4pm

All workshops will be held at Wonder Group Studio, 26 Monmouth St, Grey Lynn. Exclusive to 10 people per workshop.
