Adele Griffin - Head Personal Trainer

After losing 20kg over a period of 10 months, 6 years ago this inspired me to help others to achieve their personal fitness goals too! My weight loss was accomplished by hard work, persistence and dedicating my time to becoming fit and healthy again. I was able to achieve my goals through fun, vigorous and effective exercise, fuelling my body with good nutrition and always putting 110% into my training regime.

Since beginning my Personal Training/Pilates career in 2013, this has allowed me to help many people experience the feeling, energy and enjoyment of exercise and achieve their healthy lifestyle goals. Teaching my clients about nutritious food to fuel the body, dedication and commitment to themselves and their goals is a huge factor in their experience as well.

Inspiring and motivating my clients is a huge passion of mine! However, they inspire and motivate me every day as well! I love to help them to understand how they can reach their full potential and help them to live a fitter and healthier lifestyle! 

Pricing

One on one Personal Training (1 hour sessions)

  • $70 1 session per week

  • $130 2 sessions per week

One on one Personal Training (45min sessions)

  • $60 1 session per week

  • $115 2 sessions per week

Personal Training for groups of 2 people (1 hour long sessions)

  • $45 each per person - 1/2 sessions per week

Personal Training for groups of 2 people (45min sessions)

  • $40 each per person - 1/2 sessions per week

Personal Training for groups of 3 people (1 hour long sessions)

  • $40 each per person - 1/2 sessions per week
