A variety of 8-10 x 30 min online workouts recorded for you to choose from throughout your 4wk, 6wk or 8wk package, designed and lead by experienced Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor - Adele Griffin. 

  • Stream recorded workouts in your own time on your phone, tablet or laptop

  • ALL packages can start at any time and workouts can be completed anywhere you have internet access.

  • You can complete the workouts on your own or with family/friends, as many times as you wish

  • The option to ask questions/advise and be accountable to qualified, experienced Personal Trainer/Pilates Instructor - Adele Griffin

  • Clear, effective and motivating Pilates series lead by experienced Pilates Instructor Adele Griffin

  • A variety of fun, controlled and challenging core, posture, pelvic stability and flexibility exercises
