My own experience with turning my lifestyle around inspired me to help others achieve their own fitness goals, whatever they may be. Finding something that ignites you and makes you WANT to give 110% is so important. I did it, and it has become my passion to guide my clients towards the same feeling.

For me, it was a variety of strength, cardio, and mobility exercises. Fun and effective forms of exercise like boxing, pilates and running/endurance events helped me to lose 20kg over 8 months and realise the value of fueling my body correctly.

It’s now my mission to enable my personal training clients to find what works for them. Then, I can encourage them along the path to permanent lifestyle changes and becoming a fitter, healthier version of their amazing selves. Exercise, nutrition, mindset, dedication, goal setting—we work through all the aspects of health that contribute to the transformation you’re seeking.

I became a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor with the goal of motivating and inspiring people. Let’s find the goal that drives YOU and get you on the road to achieving it.

Pricing

One-on-one personal training (1-hour sessions) in person OR online

  • $80 1 session per week

  • $160 2 sessions per week

One-on-one personal training (45-min sessions) in person OR online

  • $70 1 session per week

  • $140 2 sessions per week

Personal training for groups of two or three people (1-hour sessions)

  • $55 each per person 

Personal training for groups of two or three people (45-min sessions)

  • $50 each per person 

Please note:

*New one-on-one clients will be advised to start with 1-hour PT sessions for the first 8 weeks.

What I offer

  • Training and creating programmes for your endurance sports and races. Short distance or long distance running, triathlons, multi-sport, and adventure races: I love these events!

  • Strength and conditioning training including developing and nurturing your technique and proficiency. A focus on safe and correct training methods.

  • Training for rehabilitation and mobility. This involves support with injuries both past and present, modifications of movement, and teaching the correct exercises for muscle tightness, weaknesses, and imbalance.

  • Reintroduction to exercise. This is for clients who are new to training or are coming back after a long absence. I will monitor intensity, make sure that you enjoy what you are doing, include a variety of movement, and focus on great form, accountability, and motivation.

  • Guidance for weight loss and effective nutrition. If this is part of your goal, I can assist you to understand how healthy eating contributes to your overall wellbeing and how you can incorporate it into your lifestyle.

  • Pilates. We can work through Classical Pilates mat exercises from beginner to advanced levels.

  • Setting and achieving your unique lifestyle goals. This means working together through the processes, learning the tools, and resetting your mindset.

  • Children’s fitness and sports skills. The goal is to help children develop active, positive lifestyles. We achieve this with a combination of fun activities designed around specialised fitness training, body awareness, and sports skills in a safe and supportive environment.
